By accessing or using CardSense Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CardSense Pro is a portfolio tracking application for Pokémon Trading Card Game collectors and investors. The Service provides tools for tracking card values, managing collections, and analyzing investment performance. CardSense Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

CardSense Pro offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content and third-party data) remain the property of CardSense Pro. Pokémon, including all related names, logos, and images, are trademarks of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and Creatures Inc. Card data and images are provided for informational purposes only.

7. Price Data Disclaimer

Price data displayed in the Service is obtained from third-party sources and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Prices are indicative and may not reflect actual market conditions. You should not rely solely on this data for investment decisions.

8. Investment Disclaimer

CardSense Pro provides tools for tracking and analyzing collectible card investments. This is not financial advice. Trading cards are speculative investments that can lose value. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardSense Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.
